We continue the theme of Luke into the book of Acts of the Apostles. During this series we will explore the early church in the book of Acts and apply its principles to our church today. The Early Church was a movement that changed the world. How can we today continue to be the agents of change? What principles can we learn from the first century church for discipleship and multiplication?
We conclude our series in The Book of Acts on Paul's final journey, his journey to Rome. Paul faces persecution and threat to his life, he is arrested and eventually sent to Rome. Even on that journey with storms and a shipwreck he witnesses to others about his faith and does his best to encourage and bless those around him.
We move forward in our Advance series into Paul's third missionary journey. He comes to the city of Ephesus, A city that lies on a cross ways between the east and west, home to an ancient wonder of the world and the place that Paul builds a hub from which the Good News can spread throughout the world.

As we continue our journey in the Book of Acts we move into the Paul's secondary missionary journey where we discover the importance of oikos, the house of the believer.
Jesus commissioned his followers to ‘make disciples of all nations’. How did the apostle Paul understand these words of Jesus? He travelled over large distances and didn’t stay in one place for very long. Is there a lesson in the way that Paul made disciples that we can learn from today?
Jesus had done his work; he had laid the foundation for the church to grow. The ministry has now handed over the spirit empowered believers to continue the work; go and be witnesses, to make disciples.
